In response to customer feedback on the high rate of walnut processing damage, Cotton has re optimized the process logic and adjusted the production process. The exclusive process of cleaning and softening first, centralized uniform feeding, pre-treatment buffering, and then opening processing is adopted to reduce mechanical extrusion damage from the source of the process, significantly reduce the damage rate of walnut products, and significantly improve the yield rate and customer economic benefits.
